CAM Board Application and Volunteer Sign-up
Thank you for interest in the Californians for the Advancement of Midwifery (formerly California Association of Midwives Foundation). There are many ways to get involved in the organization and we are excited that you are considering joining our board of directors or volunteering for a project. As a board member or volunteer, you will serve as an advocate and ambassador for our mission while learning new skills, making new friends, having some fun and expanding your sphere in influence.

After completing this survey you will be contacted shortly and an initial conversation will be arranged about your potential involvement. We seek a diversity of skills, background, knowledge, culture and ethnicity, and other characteristics to complement our current board memberships and volunteer teams.
