The USA EPA, in conjunction with DEQ, is requiring all Public Water Supply systems to conduct a Lead Service Line inventory of both the public and privately owned water service within our jurisdiction. We would like to stress to you that TCRWD 14. currently and in the past have had no lead issues within our water supply system. We are sending out this survey in our efforts to obtain information about the privately owned (customer side) service lines within the system, as required by EPA. 

This information is crucial for us to complete our systems material evaluation. We greatly appreciate the members of TCRWD 14 that take time to participate in this important study.
