School Programs Application
Fees are $5.00 per student for a 1-2 hour program, $7.00 per student for a 2-3 hour program, $10.00 per student for a 5-hour program and $12.00 per student for two different half-day programs on the same day. $3.50 per student for a Virtual Class. There is no charge for up to 10 chaperones. The program fee will be applied to any extra chaperones if more than 10 attend.
• Payment is requested at least two weeks prior to the scheduled class date.
• You are welcome to eat lunch at Riveredge before or after a program. The lunch fee per school is $15. Lunch during a full-day program or two half-day programs on the same day is no extra charge.
Cancellation Policy: If your school cancels a program less than 6 weeks before the date of the trip, the school will be charged a $50 fee per program. No refunds will be issued for under $20.
After submitting, confirmation emails will be sent around mid-late May for Fall programs, mid-October for Winter programs, mid-December for Maple Sugarin' programs, mid-January for Spring programs. An emailed invoice and Riveredge Guide will be emailed 3+ weeks before your trip.

Some programs involve food(Garden Explorations, Fruits of Fall) and please ask that students bring their EpiPen or inhaler if they have allergies/asthma. In addition, we have an all-terrain trackchair available for use with a parent's permission slip, a sensory-friendly tub (headphones, fidgets, etc.) and can provide alternative activities for students within the visitor's center geared towards their ability.
