TERMS, CONDITIONS, WARRANTY
  • Turnaround Time: Usually 1-2 Days for common issues. More complicated repairs, and customization, may take extra time. 
  • Your repair will be livestreamed on my Youtube Channel unless you opt-out.
  • Shipping damage may cost extra to repair. See the "Ship Tips" link at the top of my wesbite for tips on preventing damage! As a general rule, try to pack so there's ~1-2 inches of padding all around, no shaking / bouncing around, and keep that power cord away from the pod as best as you can.
  • Payment is made after repairs, via PayPal (Goods and Services, or invoice with credit / debit card), CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, or Apple Cash.
  • No Fix, No Charge! You only pay after repairs are done, and/or for shipping if you want to get your device back. I'll also buy your broken pod and provide shipping!
  • 12-Month Warranty: Covers U.S. shipping, parts, and labor. Does not cover: International shipping, abuse, or physical damage.
  • All repairs include "Maintenance": Known bad diodes that cause no power are replaced. All D.C. filters are replaced as they age and cause death farts / bass issues.  Foam subwoofer gasket is replaced with nitrile rubber.

For "popping" concerns, you should first compare against the sound samples on my website, they are in the "Estimates" section under "What's That Sound?" All 1st and 2nd Gen HomePods will pop a little, it's not necessarily a sign of problems.

If you are outside the USA, first check if there is someone else repairing HomePods in your country, on my website in the "Worldwide HomePod Repair-ers". If there isn't, please send me an email first with your location and we'll discuss shipping options!

No worries about porch pirates, you're sending it in to a secure UPS mail box! They accept packages from all carriers, and you can drop it off here for free if you are local.

Do you want to make your HomePod look (and smell) better? 

Everyone gets power dusted for free! 

For an extra $10, you can opt for a soapy warm water scrub. Your parts must be in servicable condition. 

If your part(s) are too worn or damaged to clean or improve, they can be replaced for $20 each (plastic top, mesh, power cord) with an existing repair.

Custom colors are available with cleaning included! Starting at $40 if your parts are servicable, or your parts are worn but you are OK with imperfect results. It is $60 for a custom color if your parts need replaced for perfect results!

You can get just the mesh, and/or also the top, and/or power cord colored.

I stream all repairs on my Youtube Channel! Your repair can be shown with your first name, business, anonymously, however you like. 

You can also ask for yours not to be streamed for any / no reason, though this doesn't guarantee a faster repair.

Do You Want Your HomePod Factory Reset, and Updated to the Latest OS? 

I recommend this if your HomePod is not already up-to-date, or you aren't sure. This is due to difficulties some people experience updating their newly repaired HomePods from older OSes, even if there is nothing actually wrong with the HomePod!
