Gender, Race and Ethnicity Data
SJCA collects gender, race and ethnicity data to ensure that we are effectively reaching all the artists, cultural organizations, and community partners within our diverse Southern New Jersey region. We align our data collection with U.S. Census categories for consistency in reporting, though we recognize that these categories may not fully represent each individual's personal identity. Tracking this information is crucial for us to understand if our resources and services are accessible to historically underserved communities, which is a key priority for SJCA.
