The HoT Academy (a project implemented by Development Principles NGO) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide consulting and training services related to branding and design.
Scope of Work:
Conduct online and offline strategic consulting sessions with the HoT Team (max 4-5 people) focused on the development of HoT Academy’s current and future brand identity.
- Deliver online and offline training workshops for main staff and selected students (if requested) on brand positioning, core messaging, and visual identity principles.
- Explain and support the conceptualization and design of new brand elements, including the logo, color palette, typography, and templates.
- Explain and advise on the integration of the new brand across future marketing materials and internal communications.
- Recommend on development of written brand guidelines to ensure consistent application across all materials.
It is roughly estimated that the contractor will spend between 15 and 20 hours delivering the services.

Priority will be given to partners from our first three projects — Virtual College, Business Incubator, and Professional Incubator — as well as other known partners of Development Principles NGO, with whom we have had positive working experiences.
Applicants familiar with HoT Academy’s activities, values, target audiences, and stakeholders are especially encouraged to apply.
Contract Details:
- Fixed Price: 400,000 AMD (including all taxes).
- Implementation Timeline: Services must be fully delivered, accepted, and paid for no later than 28 February 2025.
- Preferred Meeting Times: Evening hours or weekends are strongly preferred for workshops and meetings.
- Location for Offline Meetings: AEON Co-Working Space.
