The North Carolina Comprehensive Community College Student Government Association (N4CSGA) has developed an anonymous survey to explore the current financial literacy efforts within the community colleges of North Carolina. This survey will help N4CSGA gather valuable information to better support students, staff, and faculty across the state. The results will be shared with members of the North Carolina Community College System Office, the State Board of Community Colleges, and utilized to make informed recommendations to North Carolina community colleges on how to provide improved resources and programs.
In addition to assessing institutional efforts, the survey also asks students about their own knowledge and understanding of financial literacy. This will provide insight into both what is currently offered and how well students feel prepared in this area.
The survey questions are designed to give N4CSGA a clearer picture of how financial literacy initiatives can enhance the well-being and success of community college students.
We ask that this survey be shared with all 58 North Carolina community colleges and distributed to the student body of each institution through their respective SGAs. This will help ensure we receive honest and representative feedback from students about the financial literacy efforts they see at their colleges.
