2020-21 Reopening & Commitment Form
As we communicated on Monday, July 20th, our Back-to-School Task Force has been discussing and developing options for the start of the 2020-2021 school year, and we are committed to exploring innovative and effective solutions to help provide a full and well-rounded curriculum in environments that are safe and compliant with current health guidelines.

The school district recently completed a series of Town Hall meetings to review the (2) options (Hybrid Model and Virtual Model) for schooling as we reopen schools on Wednesday, August 26, 2020.

This form has a series of questions regarding final selections of schooling and transportation options.

In order to assist with our planning, it is very important that you please fill out one commitment form per student as decisions may vary for each each student. Forms should be completed no later than Friday, August 7, 2020 at 4 p.m.
