Job objective:
Ensuring products are dispatched on time, using specialist transport and in accordance with quality requirements.

Key responsibilities:
1) Maintain Relationship between Vendors and Suppliers.
2) Ensuring products are dispatched on time, using specialist transport and in accordance with quality requirements.
3) Managing and motivating a team of staff, ensuring an effective distribution operation.
4) Monitoring site production to ensure orders are completed on time and in full
Planning work rotas.
5) Organising staff training and recruitment.
6) Ensuring vehicles and drivers comply with legal requirements.
7) Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
8) Implementing improvements to the distribution operation.
9) Carrying out performance management and managing absence.
10) Shift work can be required and overtime may be necessary in order to meet deadlines.

Must have skills:
1)  Are you involved in finishing(experience of Grinding, Crack-Testing, Coining and Short blasting) of Forging unit ?
2) Production and Planning Control (PPC)
3) Experience of forging industry.


Personal Attributes:
1) Excellent knowledge of Supply Chain Management.
2) 2+ years Experience as Dispatch Supervisor/Manager in Operations Department.
3) Using ERP software to coordinate both incoming and outgoing shipments
4) Using organization and prioritization skills to delegate tasks to employees on a daily basis
5) Collaborating with senior management and other members of the supply chain on a daily basis.
