Neuse Charter School 2022-23 Application for Student Enrollment [Grades K-12]
Please fill out this application form in its entirety.  Falsifications, misrepresentations, or omissions may disqualify your application.  2022-23 lottery applications must be received in the NCS Office by 12:00 pm [noon] on Wednesday, March 16, 2022.  Applications received after this deadline will be added to the end of the appropriate waitlist in the order in which they were received to the school.

Neuse Charter School's Enrollment Lottery will be held on March 17, 2022, at 6 pm and will be lived streamed on the Neuse Charter School Facebook Business page.  The streaming will be open for anyone to view and will be recorded.

For assistance with this electronic form, contact Neuse Charter School at 919.626.2300 during normal working hours from 7:30 am - 3:00 pm.  Paper copies may also be completed in the Main Office of Neuse Charter School at 909 E. Booker Dairy Road, Smithfield, NC 27577, during normal business hours.
