Contractor Questionnaire
Hello!  I am so glad you are interested in joining our Fancy That Decorators team! We have incredible people helping to make couples' dreams come true.

I would like to get a little more information from you in order to determine if you will be a good fit for us.

I pride myself in the friendly, family like atmosphere our team has, and work hard to make sure that it is a place where all our team members feel welcomed and accepted, and WANT to come work. We do not do drama. Period. Our job is to make each wedding/event day the 'best day ever' for our clients.

Most events require us to move quickly to get everything done in the time allotted.  We may fold napkins, set tables, hang lights or draping, set up backdrops, move and place tables and chairs, steam linens, etc.  Sometimes this requires us to climb on ladders/step stools or crawl/kneel on the ground, and lift heavy objects.  It is a physical, and fast paced job, so please be sure you are able to handle most of these tasks, the majority of the time.

Fill out the following questions for consideration.  Please be open and honest with your answers. I don't ask for perfect people, I simply ask for perfectly honest people. Be as specific/detailed as you want to be.
