This registration is only for the FAWC Youth Wresting Season Sign-up. A USA Card must be purchased before your child will be allowed to participate in tournaments.  USA Cards are purchased through USA Wrestling (https://www.usawmembership.com/login) - Cost of $65.

There will be a mandatory parent meeting on October 13th, 2025 @ 6:30 PM | Location: Fort Atkinson High School IMC.

If you are signing up MULTIPLE wrestlers, please complete a separate registration for EACH individual wrestler.
