This is a pre-interview interest form that is due 11/11. The mission trip leaders will be in contact with you regarding an in-person interview that must be completed by 11/17. Filling out this form does not secure you a spot on our mission trips as there are a limited amount of availability and it is not first-come-first serve. It is okay if you do not know how to answer a question, just be honest. We will discuss your answers in the interview process.
