I hereby voluntarily waive all claims, demands, or actions, including any and all costs and expenses, related to or arising out of, directly or indirectly, my and my dog’s participation in the Event hosted by  Miami Goldens Meet-up Club Host or Team and Venue where the event is performed, now and/or in the future, including specifically, but not limited to, any and all claims, demands, or actions against Miami Goldens Meet-up Club; the owner, manager, lesser, operator and/or lessee/tenant (whether primary or sub) of the premises where/within which the event area is located, or their respective members, shareholders, owners, partners, governors, directors, managers, officers, employees, agents, representatives, affiliates, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”), related to any injuries or damages which I or my dog may suffer while attending the event organized and hosted by Miami Goldens Meetup Club or which are alleged to have been caused by me or my
dog. *

In short, you and any individual you represent, escort or bring onto the event  property will not hold the Venue liable or responsible for any incident that may occur during  your time on the property.  *

 I represent and warrant that each dog in attendance is up to date on all vaccinations. These vaccinations include rabies and DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvo, and Parainfluenza). *

  Event rules:
1. Dogs must be on leash in accordance with rules and signage at the property.
(Unless the event is marked as an off-leash one)
2. All initial introductions to other dogs must be on a leash - no exceptions. (Even if the venue does not require a leash.)
3. We have zero tolerance for bad behavior. If your dog shows aggression or makes
others feel uncomfortable and you do not appropriately correct the situation, you will be asked to leave. 
4. Do not share food with other dogs without their human’s permission.
5. This event is specifically intended for golden retrievers, but non-golden siblings are welcome to join in on the fun.
6. You are responsible for cleaning up after your dog. Please keep an eye on your dog so you know if he or she needs "clean up duties";. All bags must be placed in
appropriate trash barrels or taken home with you. 
7. Dogs must be current on rabies and all other required vaccinations. You represent and warrant that your dog is current on all vaccinations and parasite- free upon entering the Event. You may be required to provide valid proof of such vaccinations at the Event and may be denied entry and/or removed from the Event if you are unable to produce such proof. The Event Host reserves the right to eject any aggressive, or obviously ill animal.
8. If the Event is performed at public park dogs and owners must follow the park rules designated by the county. *
