This form collects all the information we need to book space and market events to the community. To ensure smooth sailing, please have your contact information, presenter information, room setup ideas, and a well fleshed out description of your event available before you begin.

Please also note that once we approve your application, major changes to the description or content are not allowed, and you will also be asked to honor your committment to be here if you are presenting. Our newsletter goes out to print well in advance, and thousands of them are distributed!
