Welcome -- Team Registration Form – Founding Season (2026–2027) 

Thank you for registering for the inaugural season of the Blood Tribe Hockey League (BTHL).

This form is intended to register one team for the upcoming season.

Season: September 2026 – March 2027

Registration Deadline: August 23, 2026

Anticipated Game Times: Weekday/Weekend - Evenings (5-10PM)

All teams must complete this registration form prior to the deadline. League fees and additional league information will be communicated directly to Team Managers following registration.

The Blood Tribe Hockey League is anticipated to include:

  • Up to 30 Regular Season Games*
  • Double Elimination Playoffs
  • Officials
  • Timekeepers
  • League Standings
  • Championship Trophy
  • Individual Awards
Youth 3-on-3 League

The Youth 3-on-3 League is designed to maximize puck touches, skill development, and game experience in a fun, fast-paced environment. League format, number of games, and scheduling will be determined based on registration numbers within each age division

*League format, schedules, and number of games may vary depending on final registration numbers.

ADULT LEAGUE

Estimated Team Registration Fee:

Approximately $4,000–$4,500 per team. **(Based on amount of teams per division)

3-ON-3 LEAGUE

Estimated Team Registration Fee:

Approximately $300-$350 per PLAYER. **(Based on amount of players per team)

Final registration fees will be confirmed following the registration deadline.

**Individual player costs decrease as additional players are added to each team's roster.**
