Join this free, fun and engaging half hour workshop to discover how Everyday Mindfulness can have a positive effect in your life. In this workshop you will learn what Everyday Mindfulness is, the science behind the importance of mindfulness, and practical tools to enhance wellbeing in your own life! This workshop is interactive and practical (be prepared to participate in breakout rooms!)- each participant will leave prepared to use this tool personally and will be encouraged to share it with others. Or maybe you have already learned about everyday mindfulness and just want time to practice and troubleshoot with others. Come one, come all! Let's play! You may also register at
