Pickup or Delivery Request Form
As we are a small business with a limited staff, pickups and deliveries are scheduled in advance and offered as a courtesy for our shipping and storage clients.

For pickups, please have your items ready at the scheduled time and location. For deliveries, please be present and ready to receive your items at the scheduled time and place of delivery. If not ready at the scheduled time and location for pickups or deliveries, our staff may not be able to wait and we may have to reschedule and charge for an additional pickup or delivery attempt.

Request form submissions do not guarantee that the requested date and time will be available, though we will do our best to accommodate according to our team and vehicles' availabilities. Once submitted, we will email as soon as possible to confirm the appointment or make any necessary changes.

All pickups and deliveries are a flat rate for the first 10 items. After the 10th item the price is per item at a rate of $2.50/item for curbside and $5/item for inside.

Pickup or delivery appointments must be scheduled at least a few days in advance, and during our store hours, which are listed on our homepage. Extended hours are available during the end-of-May moveout season.
