The Edmonton Nordic Ski Club is thrilled to invite you to GERBIL, the Greater Edmonton Regional Biathlon Introductory Lesson! This event will be using no-risk laser rifles at Gold Bar park. The objective is to introduce as many people as possible to this wonderful sport.
- Date: October 19th 2025. Come at anytime between 9:00-15:00!
- Location: Gold Bar park, near the pavilion. It will be clearly indicated once you get there.
- Cost: This activity is free thanks to the government of Canada's Sports for all initiative.
- Who is invited? Everyone can attend! Biathlon is an activity for all - even the little ones will have fun trying our safe laser rifles and our obstacle course!
- Duration: come at anytime between 9:00 and 15:00, plan for 30-45 min of fun and engaging activities.
- What to bring: appropriate clothes for the weather. Running shoes are suggested.
- Free snacks and refreshments will be available for all participants!
