IP Talks are informal lunchtime sessions (we offer the lunch box) organized by the Intellectual Property Unit of Técnico’s Technology Transfer Area addressed to all the academic community with a focus on researchers, teaching staff, PhD students and all those who develop scientific work or have an interest in the topic of Intellectual Property.
The sessions last about two hours (including time for discussion and questions) and revolve around a specific topic on Intellectual Property.
Come lunch with us and learn more about:
-
Intellectual Property in general
- Why should I consider IP important in my research?
- Computer-Implemented Inventions, are they patentable?
- How can I find out if there is already a registered patent identical to my research/project?
IP Talks normally invite special guests, to attend the session and share their experience.
