Awesome Con 2020 Programming Requests
Do you love sharing your knowledge and passion about comics, toys, anime, video games, movies, television, etc. with others? Do you have a short film or web series you want to show the world? Are you looking to do a demo of your new app or video game? If any of these statements apply to you, then you're just the person we want! We're looking for interesting, unique, and fun programming for Awesome Con 2020 and would love to involve you!
DEADLINE: All applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM ET on Wednesday, January 29, 2020. Late applications will not be accepted under any circumstance. Applicants will be notified by 5:00 PM ET on Thursday, March 12, 2020 of their application status.
PANELIST BENEFITS: Complimentary panelist badges that are good for the entire weekend of the show for each panelist/moderator on your panel. (If you would like different passes such as VIP Passes, you may purchase them separately. In keeping with Awesome Con's ticket policies, all sales on passes are final and cannot be refunded.)
PLEASE NOTE: This application does not guarantee you programming time at Awesome Con 2020 and only registers your request to present programming at our event. Awesome Con DOES NOT pay speaking or appearance fees nor does it cover travel, lodging, or meals. Additionally, please read our full panelist policy before you apply. The policy is available here:
TECHNICAL REMINDER: Each room will come equipped with a projector, a VGA or HDMI connector, a screen, and an audio patch, and up to four microphones. Please note that Awesome Con does not provide laptops for presentations. It is the responsibility of the panelists to provide their own laptop and any other cables required to connect their equipment to the provided AV.

This person will be responsible for notifying other panelists of important information sent out throughout the application process and in the lead up to the show.
