Girl Boss Basics– In this 40-hour program, girls are introduced to entrepreneurial concepts and Girl Boss Mindsets and Skills. They apply these skills and concepts to their own lives, learning to plan for their futures and advocate for themselves.Outcomes: Personal value proposition, a life plan and goals, backup plan, and personal budget, brand, and pitch.

Girl Boss Professional – An Advanced 65-hour program focused on identifying a business solution and building a business plan while simultaneously developing transferable professional skills across different jobs. The program is an ideal choice for girls above the age of 18.Outcomes: Business idea, target customer identified, operational plan, business budget, product pricing, business brand, and business pitch.

Girl Boss Rise- This program is a 40-hour program focused on developing Girl, This program is a multi-year intervention focused on developing Girl Boss Mindsets and Skills, along with girls' confidence and agency. The program focuses on helping girls maximize their time in college and transition smoothly from college to work or further education. The program also includes community projects and parent involvement, allowing girls to become leaders and changemakers.

Girl Boss Bootcamps and Workshops - Intensive workshops and bootcamps allow girls to rapidly apply entrepreneurial concepts to developing a business prototype or use specific concepts in their own lives.Workshops are typically 3.5 hours and the bootcamp spans 5.5 days for a total of 45 hours of programming. Sample outcomes: Business idea, understanding design thinking steps, prototype of their business idea, brand for their business, and business pitch.

Girl Boss Clubs - These are peer-led clubs that extend the learning from the Girl Boss programs and help girls develop a strong support network.

Confirmation: Launch Girls is a knowledge partner and works with local partners to provide high quality programming. Launch Girls will provide curriculum, training, implementation support, monitoring and evaluation tools, and access to a global brand. Partners provide program participants, facilitators, and program management. Partners must cover all implementation costs such as facilitator and management compensation, space or devices for sessions, printing, etc. *
