BRHS PTO 2019 -2020 Membership Form and BTSN Staff Dinner RSVP
Welcome back to the 2019-2020 school year!  We hope that you will all consider joining the BRHS PTO.  Your membership and participation in the PTO directly benefits our students, teachers and administrators. Only PTO members are eligible to apply for mini-grants.

Please complete both sections of this form :
Section 1: PTO Membership Form (optional)
Section 2: RSVP to complimentary Back to School Dinners sponsored by the BRHS PTO (required RSVP by September 20th in order to attend)

Note: Staff members with a child attending BRHS only need to join the PTO once.  If you have joined as a BRHS parent, no need to pay dues as a staff member.
