I, the undersigned, desire to volunteer for the Wonderful Water Run (a Steps & Strides Inc. event) and engage in the activities related to being a volunteer. I understand that the activities may include extended periods of standing, sitting, bending, moving, etc as they apply to the above listed and chosen volunteer options.

I hereby freely and voluntarily, without duress, execute this Release under the following terms:

Waiver and Release: I, the Volunteer, release and forever discharge and hold harmless Steps and Strides Inc., and its successors and assigns from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from my volunteer work.
Insurance: I understand that Steps & Strides Inc., does not assume any responsibility for or obligation to provide me with financial or other assistance, including but not limited to medical, health, or disability benefits or insurance of any nature in the event of my injury, illness, death, or damage to my property.
Medical Treatment: I hereby release and forever discharge Steps & Strides Inc., from any claim whatsoever which arises or may hereafter arise on account of any first-aid treatment or other medical services rendered in connection with an emergency during my time as a volunteer.
Photographic Release: I grant and convey to Steps & Strides Inc., all right, title, and interests in any and all photographs, images, video, or audio recordings of me or my likeness or voice made by Steps & Strides Inc., in connection with my volunteer provided services.
Other: I expressly agree that this Release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law. I agree that in the event that any clause or provision of this Release shall be held to be invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such clause or provision shall not otherwise affect the remaining provisions of this Release.
