Calm Clarity's mission is to improve collective well-being and develop inclusive leaders. We work to close disparities in mental health and create a world where all human beings and communities thrive together.
We specialize in creating science-based programs that support people who grow up in low-income communities to learn skills and techniques to manage stress and anxiety, overcome adversity, develop their leadership ability, and bring forth their inner wisdom to heal and own their journey.
The purpose of this form is to learn how you would like to volunteer to help fulfill our social mission.

Please note: Calm Clarity does not yet have the budget to pay full-time staff to run our non-profit programs. We use lean start-up and lean impact methods to prototype, build, and implement impactful programs in a very cost-effective manner by being creatively resourceful, leveraging technology, and collaborating with like-minded organizations and volunteers. Due to limited staffing, we prioritize collaborations with colleges and high schools in the Philadelphia area, where we are based.
To make a difference during the pandemic, we are giving free access to our online course, "A Mind-hacker's Toolkit to Calm Anxiety" (MHTCA course, link here:
https://courses.calmclarity.org/courses/toolkit-to-calm-anxiety), as well as guided meditations and articles through our website in a self-serve manner.
At the present, we are also designing, prototyping, and piloting several programs:
1. A Peer Mentoring & Support Program in which we train college students (in the Philadelphia area, initially) to share Calm Clarity tools with their campus and their community.
2. A Community Healing & Peace Project in which we train organizations in youth development and violence prevention to use a new Calm Clarity leadership and life skills curriculum to address and heal the surge in violence.
3. We are now offering virtual workshops to share our Level 1 foundational training, "Rewire Your Brain for Greater Wisdom, Fulfillment, and Joy " with the public, with plans to offer a facilitator certification for this Level 1 training in 2023.
