Winter Wonderland 2025, presented by Operation Hallmark, is coming to Oakley Park in Tiffin, OH from November 14–16, 2025!
We’re currently seeking vendors to be part of this magical weekend! Whether you’re a local business wanting to showcase and sell your products or a non-local offering crafts, baked goods, holiday décor, or more — we’d love to have you join us.
Vendors will have the option to rent one of our limited glass houses or set up their own tent within a designated space (10’ x 10’). Please note: vendors are required to be set up for the entire weekend and operate during all event hours each day.
Event Schedule:
- Friday, November 14, 2025: 5pm-9pm
- Saturday, November 15, 2025: 10am-9pm
- Sunday, November 16, 2025: 11am-4pm
Pricing:
- Tent Space - Special Promo Price - $25 (Tent spaces are available for vendors who prefer to bring their own setup to Winter Wonderland 2025! Each tent vendor will be provided with a designated 10’ x10’ outdoor space. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own white tent, white Christmas lights (must be battery operated), and any additional items needed to create a festive and inviting display for the weekend. Tents must be sturdy and able to withstand various weather conditions.)
