OryCon 39 Costume Contest - Entry Form
Once your form is received, you will receive an email confirming that your information is in our hands and we'll all sleep more soundly at night. If you don't receive a confirmation within 24 hours of sending your entry, please email masquerade@orycon.org

Forms will be accepted until 7PM, November 16th (the day before the convention opens). If you have any corrections or changes to a submitted form, please email masquerade@orycon.org

Please submit this form by November 16th. There is a MANDATORY pre-show meeting at 5PM on Friday, November 16th  in The Lion King's Den. At that meeting you can verify your entry form details and to learn how the show will be organized. Event check-in and rehearsal starts on Saturday, November 17th, at 4PM.

Documentation helps the judges understand your costume - how it was made and where it came from. This can be very handy if they haven't seen the anime / comic / movie that served as your inspiration. Documentation is optional!

Do you need a prop set up on / removed from the stage as a part of your presentation?
