E-Application Form for International Exchange Students

Ahoj Exchange Students!

Please be informed that you have to be nominated for the Exchange Program by your Exchange Program Coordinator from the home Faculty/University and fill in a hard copy of an application form provided by us. The required documents consist of:

CV
Motivation Letter
Study plan
Transcript of Records
Letter of Recommendation
Copy of the Passport

You should sign the application and get it checked and signed by the coordinator, then email all the documents together a to our International Office (studyabroad@fsv.cuni.cz).

At the same time, please fill also this E-Application Form below.

Once you are accepted, we will inform you and your coordinator and send the acceptance letter, housing documents, and other information to your address.

Please make sure that you submit your application online and also to your Exchange Program Coordinator at your home institution before the closing date.

Deadlines:

For the winter semester and whole academic year: 
Nomination deadline 15.04.2024, Application deadline 30.04.2024

For the summer semester:
Nomination deadline 10.10.2024, Application deadline 15.10.2024  
Early applications are strongly encouraged, especially if the student has to apply for a visa.
