Priority will be given to Coalition members at both the individual level (A. Homeless; B. Formerly Homeless/Low-Income Resident/Senior Citizen/Student; and C. Advocate) and the organizational member level on a first come, first served basis, with preference given to those who have not had the opportunity to volunteer in the past. Only one individual per member organization will be allowed to volunteer. (Not sure if your organization is a member? Find out at azceh.org/members)
Volunteers MUST be available and prepared to complete volunteer shifts throughout the full conference, meaning complete availability for both days -- no partial volunteer shifts will be permitted. Volunteer opportunities will include conference registration, exhibitor check-in and setup, session support, and crowd control during breaks, meals, and general sessions.
Volunteer applications will be reviewed Friday, September 1st, with all notifications regarding volunteer status being received no later than Friday, September 8th.
We thank you for your interest in volunteering at this year's conference and will be in touch soon to let you know the status of your volunteer application. If you have any questions regarding volunteering, please contact Marisol Ortega at email@example.com or by calling (602) 340-9393, ext. 101.
