Please fill out this form if you are interested in participating as a vendor at the annual Westcreek Pumpkin Patch.

Weekend 1: September 19th, 20, 21st
Weekend 2: September 26th, 27th 28th
Weekend 3: October 3rd, 4th, 5th
Weekend 4: October 10th, 11th, 12th
Weekend 5: October 17th, 18th, 19th
Weekend 6: October 24th, 25th, 26th
Weekend 7: October 31st, Nov. 1st, 2nd

Cost:
Friday only (4:00pm-7:00pm) - $25 service/product vendors, $55 food vendors 
Saturday (9:00am-6:00pm): $65 service/product, $100 food
Sunday(10:00am-5:00pm): $45 service /product, $80 food
Three day deal (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday): $120 service/product, $205 food
*** Additional space and premium spots will have an up-charge, please add if you are interested in more/premium space than a 10'x10' area in the last question***

A $1M insurance liability policy with Westcreek Trail Rides added as an additional insured party is required for food vendors that utilize mechanical equipment (generators, deep friers, etc) .
