Train to run a 5k!

RachelFit is forming a group to run a 5k together.

Our first meeting will be the week of August 19th.

Learn how to train for a 5k.

Get the tools to stay injury free.

Do it with friends, meet new friends and have a ton of fun.

We will be training for the Halloween Hustle at Stoney Creek Metro Park October 26, 2013

You will receive a full training schedule to follow along with some recommended strength workouts.
We will meet at least weekly for a group run.
Approximately 10 weeks of training prior to the race.
Other meet ups to get questions answered and have the opportunity to be assessed.

Cost is just the entry fee for the Halloween Hustle plus $20 dollars to cover the materials we are having created for you!
