Trademark Use Application
All logos and mascots of the Kimberly Area School District are licensed trademarks. Use of District’s trademarks are prohibited without written permission from the District.

In addition, alterations of District trademarks are prohibited. If use of a trademark is approved, image files will be provided as well as guidelines for the specified use.

Approvals will be valid only through the end of the current fiscal year (June 30) and re-application is required annually to continue using the licensed trademark.

To request use of any of the trademarks, please complete and submit this application form.
