As a current executive, you have the opportunity to learn from the lived experiences of diverse leaders, enabling you to develop into an exemplary inclusive leader. Likewise, Black, Indigenous Leaders and Leaders of Colour advancing in their leadership journeys, have the opportunity to learn and receive coaching from experienced executives, along with access to networks and social capital.

Before we proceed with our process, please provide us with some information by completing this survey. These questions will help our program administrators identify the best possible match, ensuring that the experiences of mentorship partners complement each other and contribute to our objective of accelerated and inclusive leadership. This mentoring relationship may be within a small group of program participants and/or solo one on one mentoring. The format in which you are placed will depend on what the pairing form deems, the most beneficial.

Completing this form should take approximately 15 minutes. We recommend finding a quiet place where you can provide accurate responses, as it will help us in creating pairings based on complementary experiences.
