‘It’s been a really good experience for us, hosting firefighters and survivors. You can see the difference it makes to the families and that makes it really worthwhile. There’s not much you can do from a distance in an awful situation like this, but what Cornwall can offer with these holidays is really worth giving.’ Sean Cattran, Trevarthian Holiday Homes, Marazion.
Thank you for joining our vision in this generous, practical way. So far we've provided 516 respite holidays to Grenfell Tower survivors, the bereaved, firefighters and close neighbours. This is the place to pledge individual holiday let accommodation. Although we'd love to, we are unable to accept rooms in private houses that are not normally let as B&B because of safeguarding compliance.
We work with Grenfell United and local support agencies to ensure ID verification of all guests. You will have accept/decline control and can opt out of the initiative at any point.

Thank you again for your generosity and kindness in joining this very special project. The holidays allow guests to feel seen and valued in their loss and to access what one mother called 'the indescribable natural therapy of Cornwall'.
