At Shelley Public School we believe that teachers, parents, caregivers, families and our wider community all play a critical role in working together to foster learners that are empowered for the future.

As your child begins their schooling journey with us, we ask that you complete the brief questionnaire below to help support us in making planning decisions to enhance their learning and well being.

Please be assured all information contained in this survey will remain confidential and will only be used for the purposes of school staff making effective decisions to support student learning.
