1 - $300 will be awarded to one student in each of the seven grades six through twelve. To be eligible for the one entry in the drawing the student must have four "A's" or increase the number of "A's" from a lower grade(s) in the previous quarter and notify their school principal in writing when the quarterly grades are published. After the lists of "A's" are received by the Smith family, the names will be entered into the seven drawings.

2 - Each student whose parents have signed the acceptance for this program in school grades six through twelve will receive $5 for each "A" they earn in English, Social Studies, Math and Science each school quarter.

3 - After the end of each school quarter winners will be announced and money awarded during a school assembly(s) . Students are to have their parents pick up the $300 for the winners of the STUDENT IMPROVEMENT DRAWING.
Interpretation of these rules by the Smith family shall be final. This program may be modified or cancelled at any time without prior notice. By signing below I give permission for my child to participate in the Smith Family student A's program and authorize the Clear Creek School District to release my student's grade information for this purpose.
