The Sunflower Festival at Alvis Farms 2019
The Sunflower Festival at Alvis Farms will be held for two consecutive weekends. The two weekends will be finalized closer to the event to ensure optimal bloom since sunflowers peak for only approximately 2 weeks.

Event Times:
Saturdays 10am - 5pm & Sundays 11am - 5pm

Set-up Times:
Fridays 4pm - 7pm
Saturdays 7am - 9am (vehicles moved to designated vendor parking area by 9am)
Sundays 8am - 10am (vehicles moved to designated vendor parking area by 10am)

Three Chopt Road, Manakin-Sabot, VA 23103 (1 mile SE on Three Chopt Road off of Broad Street)
*Event location will be publicized to the public a week or two weeks prior to the event to ensure optimal bloom for pictures and enjoyment.

Vendor Application
Please fill out the application below. Completing this application does not guarantee acceptance. Your application will be reviewed and you will be contacted to confirm your acceptance as a vendor for this event. This is to avoid duplicates. Applications will not be taken after July 15. If accepted, payment must be postmarked by July 20.

Each vendor will be given a total of 3 entry passes for vendor and any employees/helpers.

The fees covers both Saturday and Sunday, you must be in attendance for both days.
Bundle both weekends for a discount.

Vendor fee is $75 for 1 weekend or $125 for both weekends.

Food vendor fee is $100 for 1 weekend or $150 for both weekends. Additionally 10% of all sales will be collected at 5pm on Sunday.

Non-profit fee is $50 per weekend (this is a placeholder fee, it will be donated back to your organization as long as you are in attendance)

This event is located in a field on a farm. There will be no electricity available unless you provide a generator. Please let us know below if you will be bringing a generator so we can place you in an appropriate location for noise issues.

Vendor Rules & Agreement
Vendors are to provide their own tent, back drop, and tables. It is required that a qualified representative be on site at all times to man your booth(s). Vendors are responsible for securing booth and products overnight as well as providing protection in case of inclement weather. Alvis Farms and any of their sponsors or representatives, will not be held responsible in case of accident, injury, theft, or damage to any persons property and/or merchandise. Wineries and cideries must provide their own ABC license. Food vendors must have appropriate permit from the local health department.
