Join us for this unique opportunity to hear the dual perspectives of a venture capitalist who invests in early-stage startups in both the US and Southeast Asia.

Hemant Bhardwaj is the Founder & Managing Partner at Taurus Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm investing in technology enabled businesses across the USA and Southeast Asia. Prior to founding Taurus Ventures, Hemant was a Senior Director at Pipedrive, a venture backed company that provides a SaaS CRM platform for SMBs around the world. Before joining Pipedrive, he worked at New Atlantic Ventures and Crossboard Mobile.

Prior to entering the venture capital industry, Hemant was a Director with the Entrepreneurs Advisory Group at UBS Investment Bank. He began his career at Citi as an Investment Analyst advising UHNW individuals, endowments, and money managers.

Hemant holds an MBA from Cornell University and a BA in Economics from Grinnell College. He also serves on Cornell University's Advisory Council for Entrepreneurship@Cornell. Hemant has lived and worked in India, Argentina, Thailand, USA.
