DAY OF: AV/Sound Support
WEEK BEFORE: Fliering the neighborhood + connecting with neighbors to spread the word
DAY OF: Supporting Host Porches
DAY OF: Greet the Food Trucks, help then with any questions and make sure all neighbors near the food trucks are notified
WEEK BEFORE: Walk around with Emily and meet with all Host Porches, talk through logistics, etc
DAY OF: Support pedistrian safety, work with host porches to ensure that all cars are moved from in front of houses, ensure that traffic is flowing around Host Porches
WEEKS BEFORE: Create venmo QR codes to be taped on porches + tip buckets
DAY OF: Pick up trash near food trucks – make sure that trash cans are set out near food trucks (as a neighbor near the food truck location to borrow their cans!)
2-3 TIMES A YEAR: Attend Planning Meetings
