TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is run by US Youth Soccer (USYS) and its member organizations. TOPSoccer is an all-inclusive program geared towards youth with disabilities, allowing them to develop at their own pace, in a safe, fun, and inclusive environment. In Maryland, a few soccer clubs have created TOPSoccer or TOPSoccer-like programs of their own. However, Maryland State Youth Soccer Association (MSYSA), the governing body of youth soccer in Maryland, recognizes the following areas of need for TOPSoccer:
     1. More accessible programming
     2. A deeper collaboration between organizations
     3. A more robust support network, and
     3. More opportunities for children to participate.


In recognizing this need, MSYSA believes it is best to hear from you first. We hope to grow Maryland's TOPSoccer Program and Network into one that's thriving. That will not happen if the program is designed in a way that does not meet the needs of those it is intended to serve.
