Fall 2021 - SLC Strength & Conditioning Sign-up
We are partnering again this year with SLC Strength & Conditioning for our strength training program. We will be doing it a little differently. Senior Men and Women will have 3 sessions each week.
Coach Sese will be our dedicated club strength coach (college level strength and conditioning coach).
Senior Men & Women (13-18 years old) will train on a periodized structured program leading to the greatest training gains to avoid injury and gain strength as we prepare for water polo performance.
Athletes will have access to 3 sessions per week for $70/month. If they make 75% of the trainings, a $20 rebate will be put back on their bill.
Junior Athletes will be on a functional strength and coordination program setting the body up for long-term strength success.

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 4:30 to 5:30pm
