The University of Houston will host faculty search committee training in an effort to support its commitment to recruit and retain a diverse Powerhouse Faculty that will advance the University’s national competitiveness, student success and community engagement goals. The search training will focus on sharing best practices, resources, guidelines and practical suggestions that will help make the task more productive and successful.
 
All committee members are required to have completed training within the past two years prior to their service on a search committee.
