Trick or Treat With the Vendors (4th Annual)
Sunday October 20th
11 am to 3 pm
Macungie Memorial Hall
50 N Poplar St. Macungie PA 18062
~2 different spaces to choose from:
~ 8 ft by approximately 4 ft inside $35
~Must bring your own table and chair
~10 ft by 10 ft space outside $35
~Must bring your own tables, chairs and or tent if desired
~Rain or shine
~Outdoor Food Vendor $80
~Event begins at 11 am
~Set up begins at 9:30 AM (NO EARLIER)
~You must be checked in by 10:30 am or your space/table may be forfeited
~A raffle item of at least a $15 value is required
~Kids will be in costume Trick Or Treating vendor to vendor. So you MUST hand out candy or small toys etc.
~Vendors can dress in costume if desired but not mandatory
~One representative per company will be accepted. If more than one representative registers the one who submits their payment first will receive the confirmed space/table
~We will allow more than one representative from companies that allow more than one representative, such as LuLaRoe, Leggings Army etc, Dot Dot Smile etc.
~If you are a crafter you will receive a $5 discount on your table/space.
~Once registration is complete you will receive an invoice through Square. Once payment is submitted you will be a confirmed vendor.
~All confirmed vendors will be listed below on this form. Please keep this link to refer back to if you have any questions about the event.
~You will receive an email the week of the event going over all of this information again and any new information needed for the event.
~If the items you sell need electricity to work spaces inside and tables downstairs will have electric provided, but limited to a confirm basis. Outside vendors have no electric provided.
~Kids Treat bags will be handed out to the first 200 kids You can advertise in these bags for an extra $25.
~All bag advertisements are due by October 18th. You can include items like candy with a business card, pamphlets, brochures, small fliers etc but please since they are for kids add something the kids will enjoy with your advertisememt
~The event will be advertised through fliers, posters, Social Media Event Pages, Posted on event websites and in the local newspaper. As always please help to share the event page as much as you can! Ever vendor sharing the page helps to reach more people!
~YOU MUST STAY SET UP UNTIL 3 PM! NO EARLY TEAR DOWNS
