Program Manager Job Application
PFP is seeking a Program Manager who will coordinate and plan programming of PFP that focuses on fulfilling our mission. The position entails overseeing and organizing trainings, workshops, webinars, and events for different audiences, such as imams, chaplains, community leaders, and social workers etc. The Program Manager will handle logistical operations for all trainings and workshops across the United States, but mainly in the DC Metro Area. This position will work closely with the Director of Training to coordinate programming as well as the Executive Director to manage everyday operations.

Required Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Weekly meetings with the Executive Director to determine goals and tasks for the week.
- Bi-weekly meetings with the Director of Training to manage and oversee all trainings.
- Handle logistics for all training, webinars, events, and workshops.
- Track and evaluate all programming.
- Update website, social media, and other platforms with PFP programming.
- Be knowledgeable about DV/SA resources for Muslim communities that PFP works with.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3 years experience working in management, preferably in the nonprofit sector or Master’s Degree with 1-3 years experience working in the nonprofit sector. Domestic violence background is plus but not necessary.
- Management experience with ability to work efficiently without high supervision.
- Great communication, organizational, logistical, and planning skills.
- Sensitivity and comfort level working with Muslim communities
- Knowledge of community resources.
- Strong computer literacy skills required.
- Database and social media management experience preferred.
- Graphic design experience not required, but preferred​
