We are delighted once again to be able to welcome trainee and early careers teachers and colleagues from across Buckinghamshire to our 2024 conference. Our theme this year is Mental Health and Wellbeing.
As acknowledged by all political parties in their education plans for after the election, schools face an unprecedented mental health crisis.
At this crucial juncture for everyone involved in education, this conference will explore how we can support and improve the wellbeing both of our students and of ourselves. We'll have input from Buckinghamshire schools who are rising to the challenges, from mental health practitioners working across the county and from researchers seeking to provide solutions.
Following a keynote session for Buckinghamshire MIND, delegates have a choice of two workshops. For each workshop slot, please select your top three choices. Our morning will conclude with an expert panel so please submit a question for them that will challenge and provoke debate!
We would like to acknowledge the generous support of Buckinghamshire New University in all aspects of this conference: from organization and speakers to providing a wonderful venue.
