Rules and Regulations
- Maximum of two entries per person, per category.
- Items must be original work by the entrant and not previously entered into similar competitions (including previous whale festivals)
- Judges and their immediate family are ineligible to enter
- Judges decisions are final. 
- Entrants are responsible for delivery and pick up of artworks.
