Welcome to the Canary Art Club SUMMER CAMPS! We are going to have so much fun! But first, we need to know a few things from you and your child. Please fill this registration and pay the registration fee to hold your spot. There are limited spots available.

A Few Details 
This is an immersive club with activities. We will be taking nature walks collecting items to create with, painting outside (Plein Air), and have so much fun!

We also want to be sensitive to special needs and lifestyle. Natashia's youngest child has type 1 diabetes. And she has experience as an ABA therapist for autistic children. So, she wants to sensitive to children with special needs. This club is inclusive to all children regardless of race, gender, religion. This is a safe space.

Behavior Terms 
As mentioned, this is a safe club for all kinds of children. While everyone makes mistakes or has bad days, certain behaviors will not be tolerated. Bullying or disrespectful behavior is not tolerated. Failure to follow direction will result in calls to parents and then further discussion of attendance.

Photo Release 
This photo release grants consent to share images taken at the Canary Art Club (CAC) of daily activities.  By selecting the box, the CAC may use the image(s) to promote the CAC and Canary Jane Creative business, either in print, display or on the internet. The images will be used ONLY for this purpose. This release will remain in effect until the parent or guardian wishes to terminate the photographer’s authorization to use the photo(s). No payment will be issued for the child’s participation in this release.

Payment and Fees 

SUMMER CAMP FEES

The fee for the summer camp is $85 for three-day classes. Classes are two hours long. This covers all supplies and fun!

Cancelation Policy
- A $20 refund will be issued for any classes that are canceled with 24 hours' notice. You can cancel by texting at 7024035613 or at hello@canaryjane.com. Do you agree to these terms?
