MAGWest 2020 Music Performer Submissions
Welcome! This form is for band leaders to submit their musical act for consideration by the 2020 MAGWest event. Note that while the dates and venue for 2020 are not yet announced, we will send an e-mail to acts once either (or both) of those values are determined and announced. MAGWest 2020 is expected to be in mid-September. Each submission will receive a receipt e-mail, sent to the e-mail address used in the form. If you need to edit or withdraw your submission, you may do so by using the link contained in that e-mail.

All performers will be notified via email by MAGWest Music Staff if their group is a candidate for this year's event. Performers are not considered booked until MAGWest extends, and the performing group accepts, the performance contract for the event. If a performing group misses their deadline to accept the offered contract, MAGWest may rescind the offer and select another performing group. If a contract is extended to your group, please be sure to work promptly with us so that your group can accept it!

Acts that are not selected for 2020 will be informed when the 2021 submissions open.
