Tucson Family Volunteers is a small, 100% volunteer-run nonprofit organization.
Project Leaders may choose to lead/co-lead 1+ projects/month. Most programs are held on weekend mornings. We ask that you commit to leading/co-leading ONE event per quarter, at a minimum.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead a family-centered volunteer project (we provide the lesson plan, supplies + snacks - you just need to lead the project!);
- Facilitate exceptional volunteer experiences for participants;
- Oversee and manage all day-of event logistics including set-up, break down and pick-up/delivery of supplies and donations.

Planning: You are organized and detail-oriented. You accurately scope out the length and difficulty of projects, set goals, adjust for roadblocks, and evaluate results.
