If LAN is detected but no internet access, then change your IP (Ipv4) address from dynamic to static. You can find IP at CC website.

If LAN automatically disconnects in 15-20 minutes, change your IP from dynamic to static. Do not fill this form if your router is not working. Ask your friends to fix it.

If the LAN issue is resolved after filling this form and before a vendor visit is arraigned, we are requesting to kindly mark the complaint as resolved. Please do so by editing your response and choosing "Yes" in the last option of the form i.e. "Is the issue resolved?". After submitting this form you will receive an respondent's copy email, with the link to edit your responses.
